As George Brown College will be closed the last week of December, we want to make sure our students are aware of our office hours, how this will effect registering into new modules, the availability of student support and taking final exams.
The Student Support Center itself will close at 5 pm on Saturday December 22, 2018, and will reopen on Wednesday morning, January 2, 2018.
If you plan on working on the program over the holidays, you will want to make sure you are registered into any new modules by Friday December 21 at noon. This way you are guaranteed access to the exam(s) when you are ready write one. Our system is fully automated so once you are registered into modules you can take the exams at any time.
New and modules registrations received from December 22 to January 1 will be processed when we reopen the first week of January.
Technical and Tutorial Support
Even though the office is closed, technical and tutorial support are available from Dec. 23 – Jan. 1 by email at email@example.com as well as through the online Resource Center within the Discussion Forums. Or you can email Dwayne Nehls, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Dwayne will be checking email and forums for student questions twice a day over the closure period.
